Top-10 Run Derailed by Late Spin;

Kile's Kentucky Hardships Continue

Mooresville, NC –  Brad Keselowski Racing driver Mikey Kile, of Westlake, La., started the ARCA / REMAX Click it or Ticket Buckle-Up Kentucky 150 in the 10th spot, marking the first time in four events that Kile wasn't forced to start by owner points due to qualifying being rained out.

But even with the choice starting spot, Kile's second trip to Kentucky Speedway ended much like his first.

Earlier this season, Kile had a late-race brush with the wall that relegated the rookie to a 25th-place finish.  This time around, Kile had another late-race spin that dropped him to a 30th-place finish in the final rundown.

"We went into to Kentucky with a lot of momentum behind us," said Kile, driver of the No. 29 Greased Lightning Chevrolet. "I think I left a little on the table during qualifying, but I had a great car. I unfortunately spun during the race, and we were forced to call it a night."

Kile has been enjoying his 2009 season bouncing back and forth from the ARCA RE/MAX Series and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. 

"We have eight races left for the season; I have learned a lot and have loved every minute of it," said Kile.  "It's been awesome working with the BKR team and Greased Lightning."

Kile and the BKR team are putting Kentucky behind them and focusing on their next stop for the Pennsylvania ARCA 200 at Pocono Raceway on August 1st.  Kile's last run at Pocono in the ARCA RE/MAX Series ended with a top-10 finish.
