Kile Finishes

11th at The Mile

Mooresville, NC –  Brad Keselowski driver Mikey Kile of Westlake, La., piloted his No. 29 Greased Lightning Cleaning Products Chevrolet Silverado to an 11th-place finish in the Copart 200 at The Milwaukee Mile.

The event, which was rain-delayed by a day, was Kile's second start in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series this season. Kile and the BKR team have been followed by rain during their last three starts, and the same held true at Milwaukee, where rains forced qualifying to be scrapped, marking the fourth event in a row in which they were forced to start by owners points and landing Kile in 31st position at the start of the 200-lap event.

Starting almost dead last in the field, Kile certainly had his work cut out for him, but he was able to work his way through the field, running as high as eighth.  Kile was no stranger to The Milwaukee Mile; he competed there during his USAR Pro Cup Series 2008 season. 

"I was anxious to get back in the seat of the truck after my debut at Martinsville," said Kile. "We had a fantastic truck, but starting by points hurt us once again. I am beginning to think Mother Nature is holding a grudge against us. It has been great working with the BKR team, they are awesome and work hard to give me fast equipment. And having Greased Lightning Cleaning Products on board has really gotten our season off to a good start."

Up next for Kile is a return to the Blue Grass State to compete in the truck series at Kentucky Speedway in the Built Ford Tough 225 on Saturday July, 18th. Kile previously finished 25th in the ARCA / REMAX Series event there earlier this year after a late race brush with the wall took him out of the race.
