Kile Battles Tire Issues – Comes Home 15th from Pocono

Mooresville, NC –  Brad Keselowski Racing driver Mikey Kile, of Westlake, La., returned  to Pocono Raceway where earlier this season he was able to capture a top 10 finish.  Kile driver of the No. 29 Greased Lightning Cleaning Products Chevrolet started in the 22nd position for the Pennsylvania ARCA 200, one spot better than his first attempt at the 2.5 mile Raceway.

Kile posted thirteenth fastest during practice and ran in the top 15 for most of the race.  After battling  issues with the left front tire, Kile was still able to land a top 15 finish, gaining three positions during the green white checker finish. 

“We had a great car, unfortunately we struggled with tire issues,” said Kile.  “I felt we had what it took for a solid performance, we dealt with the issues with the left front tire and worked our way back into the top fifteen.”

The next stop for Kile and the BKR Team is Chicagoland Speedway where Kile will return to the seat of his No. 29 Greased Lightning Cleaning Products Chevrolet Silverado as they will compete in the enjoyillinois.com 225 on August 28th.
